How do I heat it up or freeze it?
For cold therapy: Place in a freezer for at least 2 hours. If it's too cold right out of the freezer, let it sit out and wait until it warms up to your preferred temperature before putting it on your head. For heat therapy: Place it in a microwave for 20 seconds, and add ten-second increments if necessary until you reach the required temperature (do not heat for more than 60 seconds in total). Please keep in mind all microwaves vary.
Does it come in different sizes?
Our migraine relief cap is one-size-fits-all and form-fitting. It will automatically adjust to suit your head, no matter the size.
