If you’re reading this, you’ve either already placed an order (and can’t wait to get your TheraWear on!) or you’re about to — either way, we’re just as excited as you are.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer products on pre-order due to high demand.
When this applies, you’ll see “Pre-Order” clearly marked on the product page.

• Any item not marked as “Pre-Order” is in stock and will be shipped within our regular fulfilment period.

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once pre-order stock arrives.
  If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

• Estimated delivery windows for pre-orders are shown on the relevant product page.

• We’ll always do our best to ship pre-orders as soon as stock is available.

If your order can’t be fulfilled within the stated timeframe, you’re welcome to request a full refund at any time before it ships.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Here’s what to expect on delivery, depending on where your order is going:

Australia: Prices include GST. There’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

United States: We pay any US import duties and tariffs, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom: Orders of £135 or less aren’t charged import VAT or customs duty on delivery. For orders over £135, import VAT and any duty may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

New Zealand: Orders under NZ$1,000 aren’t charged GST or duty on delivery.

All other countries: Your country may charge import tax (such as VAT or GST), duties or a carrier handling fee before your parcel is delivered. These are set by your local government, aren’t included in our prices or shipping fees, and are paid by you. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

If your order is seized, delayed, or returned due to customs issues, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for losses or refund shipping costs.
Should your parcel be returned and you’d like us to resend it, additional shipping fees will apply. If customs ask for more information about your parcel, we’ll do our best to help.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. Please note, the difference between Express and Regular is the speed at which your order is processed through our fulfilment centre.

We ship from our fulfilment centre, allowing us to reach customers around the world efficiently while keeping stock available year-round.
Once your order is dispatched, it’s in the hands of the courier — but don’t worry, we’ll always assist where possible if you run into any issues.
