Refund Policy
By placing an order through TheraWear you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (Australia) country.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@therawear.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. A return label will be provided for you only if you are returning an item(s) due to receiving the wrong product or your product was faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All barcodes, packaging and tags must undamaged and intact. Items sent back with barcodes, packaging or tags tampered with will not be accepted.
If all accepted based on imagery, the socks can be sent back to us for a store credit to the address below: Please make sure to include your order number and name within your return parcel.

Note that the return cost currently, initally, is at expenditure of the customer, and we can reimburse this via store credit if requested.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@therawear.com.au or call us at +61 480 033 990.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS
Change of mind or incorrect order returns will be issued a store credit. Damaged or wrong product issues are eligible for a refund or a store credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit or be refunded on your original payment method depending on the scenario. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
