We ship our TheraWear compression socks from our fulfilment centre to Australia, New Zealand and the countries listed in our global shipping policy. Australian orders are delivered by Australia Post, and every order is fully tracked.

Please note due to a backlog of orders, our delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days in rare circumstances.

Delivering Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, TheraWear isn't responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit or after delivery. If your tracking has stopped updating or your parcel hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll help you follow it up with the carrier.

Please ensure there is a safe place for your package to be delivered or someone is home to collect it.
