Shipping

All of our orders are delivered with Australia Post. We offer standard and express shipping.

We ship Australia and New Zealand wide. We currently do not offer shipping outside of Australia & New Zealand.

Updating Your Order

As we offer same day shipping, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel or edit your order before it has been shipped. However if there is a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order as it is unlikely we can edit your shipping address before you orders has been fulfilled.

Sizing & Fit

Compression socks can be tough to put on and are designed to be tight to give you the correct compression. However, if there is too much discomfort we recommend going one size up.

Note - If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Your compression socks should be tough but not impossible to get on.

If your socks slide on without resistance, you may need a smaller size. If your socks are too tight to get on, you may need to go up a size.

Trouble putting your socks on:
If you are having trouble putting on your compression socks we recommend purchasing a compression sock aid to assist with taking your socks on and off.

Compression socks losing elasticity:
To maintain the compression socks' original elasticity and effectiveness, remember to wash them and air-dry them after each use. Wash them separately or with similar-colored clothes in a gentle cycle at 30-40 degrees Celsius, but avoid using hot water.

Order Issues

Occasionally Australia post can make a mistake. If your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact our team immediately for assitance.

If your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to arrange a replacement.

Once your order has been delivered, we can no longer claim any responsibility if it is stolen, damaged or lost. Please ensure there is a safe place for your package to be delivered or someone is home to collect it.

We have a 30-day return policy for international orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received.

Our compression socks are designed to be super comfy and still give you long lasting and relieving compression.

Most of our compression socks are made from Super Soft Nylon + Polyester + Spandex which wicks away moisture with quick drying breathable fabric
